What Quantum Wave is
Quantum Wave is a short, guided audio practice sold online. According to the official website, it was developed by a former neuroscience teacher presented as Dr. Thomas Sterling, and it is built around brainwave entrainment: the idea that rhythmic sound can encourage the brain to shift toward particular brainwave patterns, such as the slower alpha and theta ranges associated with calm, relaxed states.
The program is fully digital. You listen through headphones on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no pill, no subscription listed on the official page, and nothing is shipped. The seller describes it as an educational tool for personal development and states clearly that it is not a medical treatment or guaranteed solution.
The marketing also references research on microtubules, tiny structures inside brain cells that some scientists have proposed may be involved in consciousness. We explain that theory, and how speculative it still is, in our guide to the quantum antenna idea behind Quantum Wave.
What's included in the $47 package
These items are listed on the official page as of September 29, 2026. The dollar "values" for the bonuses are the seller's own figures, not prices you pay separately.

How to use Quantum Wave
The official page says all you need is headphones and a quiet space. A typical session looks like this:
- Sit or lie down somewhere quiet where you won't be interrupted. Never listen while driving or operating machinery.
- Put on headphones and keep the volume at a comfortable, moderate level.
- Play the 7-minute Quantum Wave track and let your breathing settle.
- Afterwards, jot a line or two in the Quantum Shift Journal about how you feel.
- Repeat daily. The seller notes that any changes people report tend to come from consistent practice over weeks, and many people notice no significant change.

Who it may suit, and who should skip it

- You want a short, structured daily relaxation habit.
- You already enjoy meditation music, binaural beats or guided audio.
- You're comfortable with a program that makes no guaranteed promises.

Probably skip it if
- You're looking for a treatment for anxiety, depression, insomnia or any medical condition. Please see a licensed professional instead.

Quantum Wave compared with other options
| Quantum Wave | Subscription meditation apps | Free binaural videos | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $47 once | Ongoing monthly or yearly fee | Free, usually with ads |
| Structure | One 7-minute daily session plus a tracking journal | Large library to choose from | Unstructured, varies by video |
| Extras | Grounding track, journal, quick-start guide | Varies by app | None |
| Refund | 90-day money-back guarantee | Depends on the app store's policy | Not applicable |
If you want a single, simple routine you pay for once, Quantum Wave fits that niche. If you prefer lots of variety, a subscription app may suit you better.

What the evidence says, briefly
Research on brainwave entrainment is genuinely mixed. A 2019 meta-analysis in Psychological Research (Garcia-Argibay and colleagues) found small-to-moderate effects of binaural beats on self-reported anxiety, pain perception and some cognitive tasks, with a lot of variation between studies. A 2023 systematic review in PLOS ONE (Ingendoh and colleagues) found the evidence that binaural beats actually entrain brainwaves, as measured by EEG, to be inconsistent.
No published clinical study has tested the Quantum Wave program itself. The fairest reading is that audio like this may help some people relax, and may do little for others. More detail in our full Quantum Wave review.
